Dextrose
Dextrose is available in different granulations, as well as in anhydrous form. It has a relative sweetness of 0,6 - 0,7.
Dextrose (synonymous with dextrose, glucose) is produced through acid hydrolysis or enzymatic hydrolysis of starch.
Dextrose has a widespread use in all kinds of food products; for example to provide sweetness, fermentation or energy.
