Fruit puree
The most common ones are strawberry purée and raspberry purée. They are with or without seeds. Mixtures of different fruits are also available, which is interesting as a jam- or fruit cream ingredient. Purées are packed both aseptic and in IQF cubes.
Fruit purée is produced 100% from natural fruit, which is being compressed; from traditional red berries to tropical fruits.
Is used in jam/marmalade and as an ingredient in smoothies.
