We can supply a complete product range for the production of ice-cream; for example glucose, sugar, raftilose/raftiline, milk powder, proteins, cacaopowder, flavours, natural colours, stabilizers...
We have also an extensive product range for Italian Gelato, products which we order / receive from Italy.
Soft-ice (traditional, low-lactose and free from lactose, both in powder and "ready to use" / (UHT- pasteurized) and milk-shake (also UHT), are also products we can supply.
Ready ripples, and sauces for ice-cream, as well as products for decoration purposes, are within our product range.
