Maltodextrines
Maltodextrines are produced from starch, through enzymatic hydrolysis. The products are characterized by low viscosity, mild sweet taste, and they are soluble in cold water. The DE-value is between 2 and 20.
Used in processed meat products, brine mixtures, powder products, as a carrier in various contexts, ice-cream mixes.
