Yellow-white powder. Pectine is available in many qualities, where we have adapted the quality in order to function in various applications.

Pectine is a poly saccharide which occurs naturally in for instance citrus. Is extracted from citrus, followed by a concentration and drying process.

Is used as a thickener in jam, marmalade, beverages, dairy and confectionery products.
