Tripotassiumcitrate

Tripotassium citrate is supplied in powder and in granulated form. Very easily soluble in water.

Tripotassium is a salt from citric acid and is produced through a neutralization of citric acid with potassium hydroxide.

Tripotassium citrate can be used in all kinds of food, when the pH-value needs to be adjusted. Particularly appropriate when you want a low sodium content and you want to avoid sodium citrate.
